We aim to give solid customer satisfaction and so encourage repeat bookings and recommendations. We enjoy showing new visitors around and seeing the agreeable reaction. Unlike most competitors we leave the major balance to be paid upon arrival and inspection of the cottage - and in 26 years we've never had a negative response.

  • Give friendly, helpful service to our guests



And the result…

We've been successful: most bookings come from regular customers or recommendation and our occupancy rate is high. Over the years we have carried out many improvements and upgraded our Hope cottages; starting afresh at Eyam enabled us to set a new standard whilst taking account of our experience.

And what people say…

Last year our first customers returned from 24 years back with their grandchildren. The record for re-visits is 27 with lots and lots of customers in double figures. Many have become friends of ours over the years.
